“Fly In for Freedom” Hits D.C.
MAY 15-19, the Alliance for America held its annual “Fly In for Freedom” in DC.
This group of wise use and property rights supporters has been hitting The Hill every year for almost a decade to meet our legislators, and talk land, water, air and critters.
Representing the fur industry on the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry panel were FCUSA’s Teresa Platt and Païvi Mononen-Mikkilä of Finnish Fur Sales.
Païvi traveled with several other resource providers from Finland, where work is under way to establish a similar coalition of resource providers.
