Fur Commission USA accepts advertising for placement in its newsletter, Fur Farm Letter. If you wish to place an advertisement, please read the following terms and conditions and then contact FCUSA Executive Director Teresa Platt with your requirements.

Fur Farm Letter

• Frequency: Quarterly.
• Circulation: Hard-copy mailing list: 1,200. In addition, copies are distributed freely in electronic format (PDF), and are permanently available from our Members website.

General Guidelines

• All advertisements in Fur Farm Letter appear in one color selected for each issue, or in black and white or greyscale on request.
• A draft of the advertising copy in plain text, plus any graphics, must be submitted by e-mail by no later than the 15th day of the month before the advertisement is scheduled to appear.
• If the newsletter editor considers it necessary to edit the copy in any way, proposed edits will be submitted to the advertiser for approval prior to going to press.
• Positioning of the advertisement within the newsletter will be at the discretion of the editor. No advertisements will appear on the front or back pages.
• FCUSA reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertisement, for whatever reason.
• FCUSA accepts no responsibility for the authenticity of advertisements. They are published on a Buyer Beware basis only.

Sizes / Costs

Advertising space in Fur Farm Letter is available in the following formats:

Classified advertisements: Text only, maximum 50 words. $80 for one-time placement. $60 for each subsequent placement.

Box advertisements:

3.25 inches wide by 2 inches high: $100 for one-time placement. $80 for each subsequent placement.

3.25 inches wide by 4 inches high: $150 for one-time placement. $120 for each subsequent placement.

Half page (full page width): $280 for one-time placement. $250 for each subsequent placement.

Full page: $500 for one-time placement. $450 for each subsequent placement.
